A 22km course. From Tsuen Kam Au the route passes Chuen Lung and follows the gorgeous Lung Mun Country Trail before heading towards Lead Mine Pass. It then follows MacLehose Trail stage 8 backwards to climb Tai Mo Shan and descend to the finish.
